For IPTV subscriptions, renewal notices will be sent prior to the expiration of your current plan. It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal to avoid service interruption.
6.6. Failed Transactions
If a payment is declined or flagged as fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order and suspend the associated account. Please ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date to prevent such issues.
6.7. Refunds and Cancellations
All transactions are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where the product or service is defective, as outlined in our Refund Policy. For IPTV services, if a service fails within the first 48 hours, we may offer a replacement or refund. Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in account suspension.
