- IPTV Subscriptions: Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase if the service is not working and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- Software Licenses & Gift Cards: Due to the nature of digital keys and instant delivery, all sales are final, except in cases of invalid or non-working keys.
- Other Digital Products: If you experience technical issues preventing use, please contact support within 48 hours of purchase for assistance or a refund evaluation.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product was successfully delivered and is functioning as described.
- You change your mind after purchase.
- The issue is caused by user error, incompatible devices, or unauthorized modifications.
- IPTV services are interrupted due to third-party issues (e.g., ISP blocks, VPN restrictions).
